A service rendered by bank in collaboration with Unit Trust Of India Technology Services Ltd.

• New/Fresh PAN Card
• Duplicate PAN Card

One can obtain a PAN Card application form and submit it to any branch along with required documents and processing fee of 107/-( individual) and for NRI/Foreign Applicant 985/-

 

• Recent colour photograph (3.5cm x 2.5cm)
• Address proof (Ration Card, MSED, Telephone Bill, Property Tax copy, etc.)
• Identity proof (Election Card, Passport, Certificate of identity signed by member of Parliament or municipal councilor)

PAN Card will be sent by UTITSL directly to an applicant at his address by speed post within 15 days.

PAN Card service is available at all branches.
