Productivity of the bank is nothing but business per employee. Business of the bank means bank's deposits plus advances. Productivity of our bank is 4.27 Crore which is above average of the banks in Pune District.

If bank is successful in achieving maximum business with deployment of adequate man power then bank's productivity goes up. We are trying to achieve productivity of 5 Crore in the coming years.
