- Vishweshwar Industrial Premises – VIP
VIP is the unique success story of our Bank. A small group of small scale industrialists led by Shri. Ramchandra Deokar, Shri. Suryakant Kirad, Shri. Ravindra Mahajan and Shri. Shivaji Sakhare has taken initiative for establishing co-operative industrial estate in Bhosari Pradhikaran Area. The group had approached our Bank for financial support. On perusal of the project, we have decided to financially sponsor this project exclusively. As a result, the project is emerged as Vishweshwar Industrial Premises – VIP
A co-operative society was registered and foundation stone was inaugurated at the hands of shri Nilkanthrao Kalyani in presence of Shri Jagjit Sinh Rana, Minister for industries, Maharashtra State.
The VIP- having nearly 100 industrial galas completed in record time. Our Bank has financed the society for construction work and in turn, we have financed various gala holders for purchase of gala, machineries as well as for working capital. Total finance involved is to the tune of 
15 crore.
In November 2008, we have opened our 14th new branch – Bhosari in the premises of VIP. The Bank has registered a business of 25.36 crore and recorded profit of 0.16 crore within first 5 months. It is worth remarkable that the branch is Non Overdues as of 31 March 2009, despite of impact of industrial recession.
We are proud that we are instrumental in generating employment for nearly 1000 craftsman / workers through setting up of such co-operative industrial estates.
