Registered Mortgage of Constructed immovable property

a) 1.00% for new proposal, b) 1.00% for Cash Credit enhancement, c) 0.75% (subject to max Rs.75,000/-) for Cash Credit renewal

2.50% of the loan amount.

Realisable value of property as per valuation report

a)Cash Credit - 12 Months (renewal after 12 months), b) Over Draft – Maximum 60 months, c) Term Loan - Maximum 120 months.

Property should not be older than 25 years. Property should be constructed. Construction should be completed. Projected income will not be considered. All other terms & conditions as per Bank Policy.
